Check out our online library!

By clicking the Catalog tab, you can access Alvarado’s online library catalog. (En español tambien.) See what books we have, which are available and which are checked out.

You can also search for books by grade level or by interest for a particular grade.

The catalog gives you access to electronic books (eBooks) the District
has purchased. Select Electronic Book (eBook) from the Material Type field. Click on the book’s title and you can read it online by clicking the ‘Read Online’ button in the upper right corner

If needed, the user name is sfusdebook, and the password is readebook

Click on the Home tab to access a wealth of online information, vetted by Christopher Lamb, our school librarian. Lamb recommends two online databases in particular:

Culture Grams
The user name is sfusdes, and the password is wbathome

World Book
The user name is alvarado, and the password is culture
