Annual Fund Contributions

To contribute to our Annual Fund through a one-time donation or through regular monthly contributions (preferred), you can download the Annual Fund Pledge Form at left and drop it in with your donation in an envelope and put it in the locked black PTA box located in the mail room next to the school office, donate via our ParentSquare fundraising page, or use PayPal (below) to donate instantly!

Alvarado PTA is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, ID #94-6171208, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

For families and friends near and far that would like to support Alvarado, we accept donations online, securely, through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account – just a credit or debit card – to donate today. Donors receive an email receipt with their donation with the Alvarado PTA Tax ID #.

Mail a Check

Please make checks payable to Alvarado PTA with “Annual Fund” in the note and mail to: Alvarado PTA – Fundraising, 625 Douglass Street, San Francisco, CA 94114. Please also note the name and grade of the Alvarado student(s) with whom you are associated.

Double your Donation with Corporate Matching

Many employers will match your donation to the PTA – including all on this list. Check with your company’s human resources department to see if they have, or are willing to start, a matching gifts program. If they do, please let us know at the time of your donation. If your employer offers a matching program, please email us at so we can add them.
