PTA Committees

PTA Committees

Committees meet monthly and perform various tasks and projects throughout the year. Join a committee(s) or simply offer to help – there are plenty of one-time, short-term tasks for each!

Please see the Calendar to learn when each committee meets.

AFTERSCHOOL CLUBS (2 sessions per year)

Afterschool clubs are a great way for children to have fun exploring new hobbies or perfecting old favorites. Typical offerings include dance, drumming, knitting, clay, art, chess, Italian conversation and Spanish—whatever parent volunteers would like to teach. To volunteer, contact afterschool_clubs@alvaradoschool.net.
