Buying Tickets to the Auction

Tickets are $75 per person if purchased by midnight Thursday March 3, 2016.  We are also offering tickets on a sliding scale for anyone for whom this ticket price is out of reach. Teachers and a guest attend for free (however, registration is required). We want everyone in the Alvarado community to attend this fun and successful event!

There are two ways to register:

  1. Online registration is available now and will CLOSE at 11:59 pm on March 3, 2016. Click here to register. We encourage attendees to order tickets online as it saves the Auction volunteers a lot of time. Thank you!
  2. Paper registration. Your completed paper form and check must be received in the school office by 2pm Wednesday March 2, 2016. Clearly label your envelope “Auction tickets”. You can also mail to:

If you miss these deadlines you can also purchase your tickets at the door on the night of the event. Tickets will be $80 per person at the door.

Note: This is a ticketless registration process. There are no paper tickets—your name will simply be on the guest list at the door.

New! Easy Payment Option Available!

We have added a NEW feature when buying your tickets for the auction!  When inputting your credit card for payment – you can now opt in to use the same credit card to pay for all your purchases at the event!  When you pick up your items after the auction, no further transactions will be needed.

Your card will only be charged for goods and services purchased by you at the event, and you will receive an itemized receipt when your card is charged.  We NEVER store any credit card data on the server.  Our credit card processor provides a secure method to make a follow-on payment!

Sponsoring the Auction

If you are a business interested in underwriting the auction and receiving publicity at the event and in our announcements, please contact us at auction@alvaradoschool.net.

If you are a parent or individual who’d like to sponsor the auction and receive additional admission tickets and raffle tickets, please select your sponsorship level on the Registration page.  After purchasing your sponsorship level, please email the Auction Co-Chairs to confirm your guest’s names, for registration: auction@alvaradoschool.net.

If you’d like to offset the cost of the Auction by sponsoring a Teacher ticket, you can also do so by selecting the Sponsor a Teacher option the Registration page.
