Art Projects at the Live Auction

The highlight of the Alvarado Auction Fundraiser is the Live Auction, where art pieces from every classroom and Alvarado program, including the Afterschool Program, are featured and auctioned to the highest bidder(s). Parents are more than welcome to collaborate and share an art piece that they bid on together!

We recommend that parents who plan to bid together for a class art project follow these “Rules of the Road” and use the Class Art Projects Bidding Form to submit their list of bidders the Auction Chairs on the Monday after the Auction. Following these steps will make invoicing much easier and take away some of the stress that the auction volunteers typically experience in the days after the Auction. Thank you!
