Raffle
March 17th is Alvarado's biggest fundraiser of the year – the 2012 Auction. Please support the school’s fabulous academic programs and enrichment activities by selling or buying raffle tickets.
Grand prize: 46" Samsung LCD TV or $1000
Second prize: iPad2 or $500
Third prize: Nintendo 3DS or $175
Ticket Prices: $10 each, 5 for $40 or 10 for $70
Each child has received 10 raffle tickets (valued at $10 each) for the family to sell before the Auction on March 17th. Encourage your kids to reach out to friends, relatives and neighbors to sell those tickets, while parents can reach out to co-workers too.
The class that sells the most tickets will win a pizza party!
Please return all sold and completed ticket stubs, money, as well as any unsold tickets to your child’s teacher by Monday, March 12th (or sooner). If you need more tickets, contact Beryl Ness at beryln@gmail.com or (415) 595-0009, or pick some up in the school office.
Other important notes about the raffle:
- Although the ticket stub has a space for address and email, the only two required fields are Name and Telephone.
- Winner will be announced at the Auction. Winner need not be present to win.
- If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim a prize, or fails to furnish a ticket stub upon request, an alternate winner may be selected.
